We collect data strictly necessary for the service to function: Account Management (Email and name), Tournament Organization (Team and player names), Statistics (Anonymized data via Google Analytics).
3. Specific Case of Minors (Art. 8 of the GDPR)
The Tournament Organizer is the Data Controller for the data of minors (player names) entered on the platform. They are responsible for obtaining the necessary parental authorizations. TournaManager acts exclusively as a technical sub-processor.
4. Sub-processors and Data Transfer
Your data is hosted within the European Union by our service providers: Google Firebase (Hosting) and Google Analytics (Anonymized statistics).
5. Retention Period
Tournament data: automatically deleted 30 days after the end of the event. User accounts: kept as long as the account is active.
6. Your Rights
