The Swiss Round is a hybrid tournament format between pools and single elimination. It ranks participants accurately without excluding anyone early.
How does it work?
The system pairs teams with similar records in each round:
- Round 1: Random or seeded pairings.
- Subsequent rounds: Winners vs winners, losers vs losers.
- Fairness: You always play against someone of your current skill level.
